Consumers today, however as before, are interested in stable quality products. That means, consumer interests in predictability, which is possible with a high steering of business process. Certificated Quality Management System provides us with a such type of steering.

At the end of 2012 the Top Management of our company decided to implement the Quality Management System. During the year, our company was taken some measures to optimize business process, to review a number of requirements, to find the strengths and weaknesses of the organization.

There was a great event for us in January 2014, we had a certificate of conformity of quality management system standard GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008), which was given by the certification authority of integrated management systems “South Centre of certification and testing” Ltd. (Certificate of quality management system conformity № ROSS RU.FK 04.K 00033).
